Well I have finally finished it and here it is for your viewing pleasure! I am really happy how this has come together, it took a while but the end result has been worth it. Now I just need to start my next project.

Holy crap! That´s a beauty...
That looks amazing What parts did you use for the alter and the hags?
Thanks for the kind comments!
The stone work in the base is made from a mish mash of bits, there is one of the stone bases from the Garden of Morr set, also the the high elf dragon rock section, turned upside down. The effect I was going for was that the platform the cauldron sits on has been rasied from the ground through dark magic.
The hags are some conversions I did using the new plastic dark elf sorceress with some simple hand swaps and the two sorceress riders that come with the dark elf black dragon kit.
Hello, I would like to know from where the stones come from the garden of morr and stone dragon high elf? Thank you in advance. It really is a great conversion.
Still very inspiring work! I absolutely love the model walking in front of the cauldron (the sorceress with the mask and hair flying up). Do you mind explaining her conversion, or where you bought her?
Hi Matt, I got her from Avatars of War - they make some great mini's link below
