Malekith has his Black Guard so why can't Morathi have a personal guard as well!

The shields are from the cold ones kit.
Wow. It should have been hard. I assume that there's only one gorgon shield per kit.
I bought this mini some time ago thinking of a gorgon-themed dark elf army, but I'm not sure how to use it. (Yes, I'm a bit of a compulsive WH buyer if the minis are cool enough.) Maybe you can think of an idea for yours.

I was lucky to pick a few up in a bits bag and thought they would be cool for a converted unit - that how I came up with the Gorgon Guard.

How did you make the halberds? Seems to be the warrior banner pole+ arm, the Dark Elf Chariot wheel spike and something in the middle to join them together

the halberds come from the Morathi on Dark Pegasus model. I picked up a number of them quite a while back and used them for the conversion.
